What are the requirements to travel to Turkey?

Having welcomed 45 million visitors in 2019, the geographical location of Turkey offers ease of access to anyone across the globe as a bridge between Asia and Europe. With the aim to make the most of its privileged position as an easily accessible tourism destination with exceptionally stunning landscapes, Turkey has entry visa exemptions for several countries listed below and offers an online visa system (eVisa) for individuals whose motive of travel is tourism or commerce.

Once you have decided to travel to Turkey with the intention of receiving medical treatments, unless you come from a visa-exempt country, you are required to obtain a medical visa. Below is a quick guide on how to apply for a Turkish visa to start your journey!

The visa types granted by Turkey for visitors who are not exempt from entry visas differ according to the purpose of the visit. For individuals who intend to benefit from healthcare services offered in Turkey, it is necessary to obtain Medical Visa which can be received by applying to the Turkish Consular offices.
